CenterPointe Behavioral Health System Announces Acquisition by Acadia Healthcare

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.–January 3, 2022 – CenterPointe Behavioral Health System, the largest dedicated behavioral health provider in the state of Missouri, announced today the Company has completed their acquisition by Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADHC).

CenterPointe operates behavioral health networks in St. Louis, Kansas City and Columbia consisting of four inpatient hospitals with 260 acute care beds, including a specialized acute program for program for military and first responders, 46 residential beds for substance use and 10 outpatient locations.
