Making the decision to receive treatment for a mental health concern or substance use disorder is a brave choice. When you decide that you’re ready to pursue a healthier future, Signature Psychiatric Hospital is ready to help you make the necessary changes to live the life you deserve.
Mental health disorders and addiction affect everyone differently, so it’s important to offer a treatment experience that matches up with each patient’s current situation.
At Signature Psychiatric Hospital, we provide age-appropriate care for adolescents and adults.
Adolescents ages 13-17 can receive treatment through our intensive outpatient program (IOP), which meets three hours a day, three days per week. This allows these young patients to continue to attend school or pursue extracurricular activities while still finding time to better understand their symptoms and make the changes necessary to live more fulfilling lives.
Adults can attend all levels of care — inpatient programming; residential treatment after receiving detoxification; our partial hospitalization program (PHP), which meets for full days of programming five days per week; or our IOP.
Determining Your Specific Needs
Prior to admission, each potential patient participates in a comprehensive assessment that allows us to determine the most optimal course of treatment.
This assessment will give us an understanding of your medical history, any previous behavioral health treatment you have received, and your current needs, strengths, and goals. From there, we’ll recommend the type and level of care that can best help you and implement a personalized treatment plan that is unique to you.
Once you begin treatment, we’ll determine what is working best and which areas may require additional focus and adjust your plan accordingly.
Planning for the Future
At Signature Psychiatric Hospital, we recognize that treatment for a mental health concern or substance use disorder is just the first step on your road to better health.
From the moment you enter treatment, we’ll begin planning for your eventual discharge. As we chart the course of your progress, we will formulate a personalized aftercare plan that reflects your treatment journey. This may include recommendations for a step-down level of care, professional referrals, community-based resources, or other services that will best support your efforts to maintain a better level of health.
During your time with us, we will help you work on strategies that can allow you to find the happiness you deserve. But our investment in your personal journey and ongoing well-being will continue long after you leave our hospital.
